About the Author
Arna Skula is a clinical nurse specialist at the Children's Hospital in Reykjavik, Iceland, and has worked in pediatric nursing since 1978. For the last 13 years she has built up an outpatient clinic in Iceland for babies with sleep problems, which assists some 500 families a year. She is also an active researcher and teacher, and regularly contributes to media discussions on the welfare of parents and children.

Every parent, nanny, sibling and caretaker should be familiar and versed in how to identify, maintain and establish good sleep habits for babies. This is a well thought out, well researched masterpiece by an experienced and versed, pediatric nurse. The author fully explains the various sleep stages and how you can resolve sleep problems.
Skula also teaches you how these cycles develop and change as your baby grows. These are intricate, yet easy to understand.
Learning what healthy sleep cycles are, better prepares you for caring for you baby. . She walks you through the developmental patterns and then gives you the 1-2-3 steps to follow!
You learn and identify patterns so that you can put your child on a healthy sleep track.
